APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Thank you for your interest to join the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

This online application process may take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Before you begin, please have soft copies of the following to attach to your application:

• Photo (corporate shot preferable)
• Postgraduate medical/ dental qualifications if they are not listed on the Singapore Medical Council / Singapore Dental Council website)
• Curriculum vitae

Membership Application Process

2. You may click on the “save draft and continue later” button at the bottom of the page at any time if you require more time to complete your application.
3. Make payment for the non-refundable application fee of $54.50 (inclusive of 9% GST).
4. Make your declaration on the final page and click the “Submit Application” button.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon our receipt of your application. Please allow several weeks for the application process. We will be in touch with the application fee invoice and confirm if all required information and documents are in order.

Upon successful admission to the Academy, Fellows and Members of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore will be requested to make payment as per schedule:
